Hemingway's Restaurant is outside of the city, between resort areas in Killington Vermont, a small, quaint building the restaurant serves exquisite meals meant to tantalize the pallet with extraordinary service and a knowledgeable staff. The building itself can seem small and cramped at times and there is limited seating, but it is well worth it to experience the delights of these chefs.
