The Best! Always Friendly with Great service - tasty food and reasonable prices. Down to Earth atmosphere. Our family and friends make it a point to visit Kaler's very summer and fall when in Maine.

Spent a week in Booth Bay last summer and ended up at Kalers many times. Great food, good price, nice view, plenty of seating. This is not a 4-star formal restaurant but rather a family sit-dowm place right on the water. Gotta love that Maine Lobsta!

Low-key, family atmosphere with good, fresh seafood dishes. Also have traditional American offerings. I enjoy their fish or salads, though the fried seafood is good too. I noticed the comment in another review about styrofoam, but last time I was there they used "Green Wave" dishware. Nice pub attached too for a Maine brew. Friendly staff and owners.

Over $13 for fried haddock in a weird sort of batter plus fries in a plastic basket /plastic silverware -I know you have to make money but won't be making any more from me, sorry. My husband had fish and chips -the pollock came cased in the same weird, hard batter but slightly overdone.

Hidden Jewel of Maine!!

I came into Kalers after watching Rachel Ray's visit on $40 a day. So I made the 2 hour trek from Dexter Me, The service was great!! I asked the hostess the daily specials, she told me it was turkey with dressing and for dessert pecan pie and rumballs topped off with 6 nuts!!! It was Dalish!!! and all of only $13.99. I also recommend their famous homemade mozzarella sticks!!!
