This is the best Chinese restaurant in the state of Maine. We are in Virginia now and we miss it terribly. I recommend it once a week -- at least! Thank you Josephine and Mike for 13 wonderful years of dining! My favorites: crab rangoon, cold sesame noodles, sesame chicken, and beef lo mein.

I went to this place for chinese new year party. The boneless ribs is really good. the fry chicken is also Great! and the service is super nice. 5 Stars resaurant! Must go in bangor!

We came to Bangor to visit my family and by chance we ran into Panda Garden. This was not a stereotypical Americanized Chinese restaurant. The food was so delicious. We enjoyed so much their General Tsao's chicken and steamed fish. Oh, they had the best Hot and Sour soup I'd never had! Their service was also nice. The owner Mike and his wife made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommended!
