I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for years but recently more and more of them have gone to using those discusting urns
the 2 of them in wells unfortunatly fall into this catagory
if you are going to charge top dollar for your coffee you can at least brew it by the pot
I don't think I am the only One who feels this way
hope the big shots at Dunkin Donuts wake up and smell the coffee
