We enjoyed our second stay with the women of Highlands Inn. It was a relaxing get away. We enjoyed great breakfasts, charming hosts, fantastic snow shoeing, and were surprised by a lovely music concert on Saturday night by Emily Nyman and her partner Lynn. We will return again and recommend this place for a great women's retreat.

Great lesbian getaway

I have been going to the Highlands for many years and always enjoy it. The setting in NH's White Mountains is beautiful, the Inn itself is well and carefully maintained, and the hot breakfasts cooked to order are wonderful.

The only reason we went here was because we wanted to be comfortable and be around other lesbians like ourselves. That may be the only reason we ever go back again. The innkeeper seems very phony and we couldn't believe she ran the place for 24 years. Her girlfriend seemed more in tune with everybody and went out of her way to make us happy. ...
