The people were super nice and the place was pretty clean. The decor was a bit dated but it really doesn't effect the niceness. Unfortunately the kitchen staff was on vacation so I can't comment on breakfast.

It's in the perfect location 10 minutes from the zoo and the harbor.

Let me start by saying I visit the area frequently and was really surprised that this place existed. It is comfortable, afordable and the breakfast was CRAZY GOOD! Who would have guessed.
