A group of friends and I went to this Inn way WAY back in High School and I have been back at least 5 times since then with different people. Nice to see that the same owner still is the Innkeeper. Right in the middle of all the best things to do and see in Salem Commons. Good food and attentive to the small details. John Brick makes you feel like family and happy to come home again and again.

The Views of the Common are exceptional.
The Resident Cat is so sweet and the owner is too. Walking distance from all of downtown Salem. A nice break from a big crowded hotel !!

I absolutely LOVED staying at this charming inn. We got the room on the top floor, and were warned that the ceilings were low. It was only because it's an attic-type space, and we're average-sized people, so it didn't affect us. In fact, it just added to the charm.
