Great mix of easy going, quieter adults, with the same resident host/owner for many years.

Remember some accommodations facility that had a logo ... spend the night ... and not a fortune. Well I must say that saying would certainly fit Carl's. Super clean, super friendly and for sure a super value.

Great location, great prices, clean as can be, friendly ... highly recommend. Very comfortable and informal atmosphere. Although I arrived there alone, I was made very welcome by the hosts and other guests that were staying there ... in fact I am still corresponding with one of the other guests that was visiting there from Canada.

Went here years ago with 1st partner and thoroughly loved the place and the congenial host. In town 8 years later and Carl remembered me and where I worked and several other things. Great guy! Also, being so close to center of town very convenient.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years. The place is always clean and neat, it's VERY quiet at night, the rooms are comfortable, the other guests are friendly and Carl himself is a wonderful host. He knows PTown inside and out and always tells guests where to go (or not go) for food or drinks or shopping. It's also very close to Herring Cove and the center of town. I couldn't think of staying anyplace else:)
