This is a lovely, immaculate victorian home, converted into a B&B. The owner is friendly, courteous and attentive, the property charming and convenient to downtown Iowa City. The house is gorgeous and the rates excellent. I'd recommend it to my parents (who are VERY picky--caps intentional). :-) I don't know what the previous reviewer ...
