The inn does not look like the photos on their website. It also states is was recently renovated, did not look like that, not accessible for handicap or elderly. We canceled our reservations. Would not recommend to anyone.

The Seabreeze sits next to a busy street with other motels & commercial businesses in side by side. The street has no charm whatsoever. It is within walking distance to the beach, however. I have been to Newport quite a few times and never have experienced anything like my stay at the Sea Breeze Inn. Leeza did all she could to make my stay enjoyable. The inn is only steps away from 1st beach and a short drive to 2nd and 3rd. The restaurants around the inn are great. I will continue to stay at the Sea Breeze Inn.
