  • Incredible

The best meal I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. Everything is cooked to perfection. The rice pudding was unlike anything I have ever tasted and my duck was fabulous. Very reasonably priced.

    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/03/07
This is one of the most interesting restaurants in Paris. the food is fantastic, with every dish coming on a different type of plate. The food is very well cooked, the service charming, and helpful.
    Everything was delicious.

3 courses, lots of good house wine, and all for around 30euros ph.

    Very busy must book

The food is innovative, yet harkens back to simpler time. I've had veal cheeks, rabbit, pork cheeks with cracklings and all were perfectly cooked, and flavored by a master. The plating is different for all dishes and many arrive in the receptacle in which they were cooked. Very stylish. The prix fixe menu is quite reasonable for 3 courses, ...

i am not or should say not a french food fan until a few days ago. i will be back for more.
the chef was friendly and most likely be famous in due time...

  • Fun, local experience
    By ElizabethP, 11/25/06
Hard to get a reservation in this venerable old establishment now that the new chef has been drawing in crowds of hip and not so hip locals. The place is buzzing with couples, families and groups well into the evening. Not the traditional French way where you make a reservation and you have the table all night--they turn these tables in the ...
