The entertainment is Superb, the service is good, but
the Sauerbraten was very disappointing. We have eaten in 100's of
German restaurants, but never was the Sauerbraten so thickly cut
that we couldn't even cut it and no potato dumplings to go with it.
Usually the slices of meat are cut thin, but these slices were as thick
as a steak.

I have been going to the Alpenhof Restaurant for over 15 years and even though it has changed ownership, the food, quality and service has never changed. I love Stoudts but the last time I was at the restaurant, I was the only one there (Sat. evening). Alpenhof is SO much fun, you'll wish you were going to Germany to keep the feeling going. Check this place out...it's worth it!!
