I discovered Louis Pizza by mistake and have been going every since. They are an excellent example of what normal, good pizza is like in the city. If you grew up in Maine or New Hampshire and have never had real pizza, you're in for a treat. When you move up here you have to give up the basics - bread, coffee, chinese food, water pressure, newstands. Louis pizza makes it a little easier.
