Really nice staff, really bad stylist. There are only 2 stylists here, a man and a woman. The woman cut my hair and gave me the worst hair cut of my life. I left there with the strangest bluntest layers and bangs. Very outdated cutting style. The bangs were the worst part. I asked for "sideswept bangs" and she lit erally took a chunk of ...

FW is so much more fun than Dallas. In Sundance square, everything is within walking distance and it is safe. You aren't hassled by beggers, and everyone is friendly. Its a good place to meet people and have a stress-free relaxing evening. Plus, you can find free parking easily.

I grew up about 35 miles southwest of Ft. Worth. Its a great place for college kids theres so much to do and just being able to get out and walk to everthing is great. i recomend Hyena's comedy club, which features comedians from comedy central and the USO tour for ten bucks. Try some of the great restraunts out there too!
I lived in Fort Worth about 13 years ago and I was awed by the first time I walked down there. I can imagine what has happened to that area in 13 yrs. I can't wait to see it again

this was a nice place to go. i use to live in the projects across from the county jail. i was young at the time. i could still remember going to the movies on Saturday nights, and meeting up with friends. we use to go to billy minors and having the biggest burgers they had.
I go to Sundance Square at least weekly for the enjoyment of browsing the shops & galleries. There is the Kincade Gallery which is awesome, the Retro Cowboy Store which is a step back in time and holds lots of Nostalgia for my childhood. There are also so many restaurants & bars. My favorite is Mi Cocina (Great Mexican Food & ...

The Bass Performance tour on Sat. morning was a knock out!! Be sure to call ahead to make sure the tour is available...this renewal fo the city of Ft. worth is an inspiration to other cities. Great food, streets are safe for evening entertainment and food.Shopping is somewhat limited and expensive.

Sundance Square is Great!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/22/06
Dallas has nothing on Ft. Worth in terms of a open outdoor district to hang out. Food, Live Music, Dance, safe streets and great atmosphere. My wife and I live North of Dallas and don't mind driving past Dallas to get to Ft. Worth. Dallas will figure this out one day (my grandkids might like to go out in Dallas one day) Victory Plaza by the AAC might be just the spot one day! The Ghost Bar rocks...but it is a solo act today...
This is an attempt to revitalize a worn out downtown region, with some success. The streets are patrolled frequently by police, some on horseback. At night, the city becomes even more active, crowds visiting the theatre and walking the streets. A large Barnes and Nobles is a frequent hangout, as is watching the nearby Bass Performance Hall for famous people. Numerous restaurants provide a mix of food for all tastes.
