They were very busy, but we were seated right away. The waitress was great. Our food came promptly and presentation was nice. The New England sampler was great along with the rest of the food.

Everytime I go there it is very crowded.. and they have call ahead but even with that you have to wait at least a half hour to 45 mins to get a seat!!

This is the best RL in the world. The service makes this place great.
I am a regular and have never have had a bad experience here.
