You always know what you are going to get here and that is good quality, reasonably priced meals.

If your going to Rochester and you want a decent dinner its really the only place to go.

A great local place with charm. Very unique! Awesome Bloody Marys. Not the best gourmet of menus, but still a great local dig.

Has an "Old New England" feel to it. They have wonderful sandwiches, soups and salads. Highly recommend!

I have been frequenting this restaurant since before it was The 103, and the food has always been FANTASTIC... Every time I come to NH to visit I always stop in for a meal with friends...

I've been here several times, including yesterday. I had the Red Rooster, which is a chicken tender sandwich with marinara sauce. The food was good (my sandwich kept falling apart!), the prices are pretty good, and the ambiance is alright. the 1-3 is fine to go to for a bar (upstairs) but it recently went under new ownership and thefood isn't that great.

The Food here is great. You must try it. It's pretty busy on Fridays and Saturdays so if you can't get a table try the bar.

i am quite a frequenter of this restaurant and have been for over a decade now. the food is fantastic as is the value. i have held several functions and had quite a few gatherings in the upstairs bar/dining area. if you move to town and want something better than a chain restaurant, 103 is the place to be. the only downside is be prepared to move on if you enjoy the bar scene, LAST CALL IS AT 10!
