The new Chocolate Bar at the Summit Sierra mall is incredible. It's a fun, hip place to have a memorable cocktail and dessert. The service is fantastic and it is the perfect place to bring a date or hang with friends.

Saturday Night Not So Good
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/21/08
If you had a great experience at the Chocolate Bar downtown; stay there, keep that memory. The only thing I found that the new lounge at the mall has to offer is there very modern theme. The music was much to loud for conversation. Servers with an attitude is not a good look. If this place intends on staying as busy as they were then there ...

The Best Valentine's Day Ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/19/08
My boyfriend took me the the chocolate bar for the first time this Valentine's Day. I've heard so much about this place that I wasn't sure what to expect. Is it a bar? Is it a restaurant? Is it a bakery? Is it a club? To my surprise...it was all of the above. I've never been to a place that has so many different options. ...

Love it! The Best Place Ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/20/07
A large group of my friends decided to celebrate a birthday party at the chocolate bar. We didn't call ahead, but figured we'd try our luck anyway. It was a busy friday night and the place was full, but everyone seemed happy. There were a few tables waiting ahead of us, but we were amazed how fast 10 people were seated. Within a couple ...

Absolutely Amazing!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/20/07
This is by far my favorite bar/restaurant in Reno! I've traveled to many places and this adorable dessert bar is definitely one of the best! The service was amazing! Everything we ordered was perfect, and even the owner came over to see how everything was. I loved the seared ahi and crab cakes. My husband was a fan of the chicken satay! ...

Pretty nice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/17/07
Pretty nice, upscale bar. My fiance and I went there for dessert, and after dinner drinks. We sat at the bar and were treated great. I had a martini and we shared an amazing white chocolate carmel cheesecake. It was to die for!

NO - never going back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/10/07
I have never been treated so rude in all of Reno! A group of seven of us all agreed that the two servers were aggressively nasty. No worries none of us or our friends will be back; good chocolate or not.

The tiramisu is not at all what it should be, is more like a DRY CUSTARD, IF YOU ARE A LOVER OF IT DO NOT ORDER IT.
It was a bad experience all together and I would not recommend this bar to anyone. This was the second visit and even if the first visit was not all good (chocolate ice cream was very plain and the fancy hot chocolate also a ...

Amazing Fondue
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/25/07
If you're looking for a great dessert bar in Reno or just a fun night out, The Chocolate Bar on the corner of California and Arlington in Reno has a ton of chocolate drinks and desserts. Their chocolate fondue is particularly amazing and their truffles are to die for. Their website is www.thechocbar.com and I think it lists most of their menu, as well as lets you set up reservations.
