This Inn is indeed very clean and was a comfortable place for our short trip to OC. However, the Inn is not the advertised 1 1/2 blocks to the beach but more like 2 1/2. We found the Anchor Inn from the internet and since all the reviews were great--we decided to try it. What we found were immaculate rooms and the nicest inn owners in the world! Just returned from Ocean City and the Anchor Inn. From the moment you arrive you feel like you are staying with family. Bob and Carol are the relatives you wish you could have. We stumbled across the Anchor Inn on the internet and booked a room in early june 2009. Bob and Carol were such great hosts that we've just completed our second trip already!!!! The building has a genuine charm to it
and a very relaxing atmosphere as well. We were treated like family and look forward to our next stay!
