I can't actually tell you about what it is like on the inside because we never GOT inside! We had reservations, arrived, and found LOCKED DOORS! We tried to phone them and find out if there was a problem, but no one answered their telephone. We left a message and never were called back! I have never had anything like this happen before. ...

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
