A Piece of HistoryWe stayed at the Jacob Swartz House in August 08. This amazing place is steeped in history and was a wonderful experience for us! The owner, Virginia, made us feel right at home. Best Kept Secret in VAThe Jacob Swartz House offers the nicest accomodations we've ever had. I almost hate to talk about it for fear she'll get too busy. The house is literally perched on the Shenandoah River (North Fork) and you can fish and listen to the water from all of the rooms.

The best bed and breakfast you can find!!!This is a fantastic get-a-way! Private, relaxing and you never want to go home.. We have had multiple visits and can not wait until we can go back.. Actually have been wanting to get there and hope to go within the next year again. This is certainly a one of a kind vacation. Virginia is so wonderful.
