Had dinner at Bonta for First Time in 2009, very suprised by the numerous changes! Food was great, elegant and flavorful. Service superb and the bread was amazing. Nice to see some integrity returned to Bonta!

First time in, very nice evening.
Ordered the Roasted Atlantic Haddock, cooked to perfection.
Glad we tried the Garganelli Bolognese, nicely done. The crusty bread served with our entrees was outstanding.
I'm told the desserts are top notch, maybe next time.

I have never left the restaurant disappointed but always very happy with the experience and the food. Is it the cheapest restaurant? No, but if I want to save money I eat at home. I think the atmosphere is awesome and it is the only waitstaff that my wife(a former waitress) has never found fault with. I would rather go out to dinner less often and thoroughly enjoy the night and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Over-priced for what they think is high-class gourmet food. I would NEVER eat there again! Highly recommend staying away from this place. Nice looking building is deceiving, making you think that the food is worth the money until you taste the food. Don't waste your money here. Too many good/excellent restaurants in the area to throw your money away at this place.

Good food and atmosphere, but it is overpriced.. It is better than any similar style resturant you'll find in Portsmouth

Definitely not worth the money,,,grilled artichokes like wood, Chef Luigi is gone and the food quality has gone downhill considerably.

Excellent restaurant well worth the expense. Great food and presentation.

This is a thoroughly mediocre restaurant. Nothing to really hate about it, but nothing very good either. Its really very reminiscent of an Olive Garden with nicer decor. Don't waste your money.

Great atmosphere. Excellent food. No need to go to Boston when you can go to Bonta.
