Loved the Shangrali room, private, wonderful balcony view. The breakfast was really nice, fruit and yogurt parfait with french toast and bacon. We ate at the attached Bluff steakhouse the night we arrived and were very disappointed in the service. The food was good, however, the service was slow and horrible.
