I had the unfortunate experience of renting a lot here. The bath house is filthy. Ray acts like he's Marshall Dillon and talks to you very disrespectfully. I would NEVER suggest anyone visit this horrible place. There are other campgounds in Hiawassee where you can actually buy a lot, and not be pouring money down the drain on property you don't own.
