The area it's in is not the best part of town. The porch ceiling looks like it's going to collapse any minute, so walking from your car to the front door is an adventure. There was a thick coat of dust in my room that had my allergies going, and resulted in a very musty smell. But the bed was comfortable once I got all the dust coated pillows off of it.
I went to Helena for business and did not want to stay in casino hotel or Motel 6. It was the nicest business trip I've ever had. The house is stunning and John is a wonderful host.
