  • This hostel sucks

    The hostel is owned by a family. Currently an old lady owns it. No offense but that dady is the most annoying lady I've even spoken to. Totally unfriendly to the travellers. Especailly those whose English is not good. In their mind, the hostel is sth. like charity,which provides a low rate facility for you to explore hawaii. You should cherish ...

  • Strange Concept of Customer Service

    I booked a bed here at 5PM after asking if they offered Internet Access. They receptionist said, "Oh sure, just go into the TV room for wireless." I should have noticed something was up by her bad attitude and terrible customer service.
