Actually a very convenient location for goings on in Hilo town. We are from Kona on the other side of the island and we went to stay at Maureen's on our anniversary. There was a good concert at going on in Hilo and we didn't want to have to drive back to Kona so we made a weekend of it and Maureen's was so nice. We really enjoyed breakfast and the other guests were such fun company to meet also.
Maureen is a warm and friendly hostess. She made us feel welcome. Her bed and breakfast is beautiful. The coy pond and Japanese Garden out back are relaxing. She was helpful by letting us know where to go and what to see. I can't wait to go back!
