Best Sushi in the U.S.A. Absolutely without question the best sushi and service. We have yet to have better. A small Family run restaurant serving Japanese and Korean dishes. These wonderful people are the best! This location in West Lebanon is small, intimate, and cozy. We have been eating in restaurants for 30 years. The combination of quality and service here should be the standard for all to follow!

The Hanover branch has much classier decor, and more space between tables, so that's the one I would choose for a special occasion. But at either location the staff is friendly and the food absolutely superb.

Good food. Not much atmosphere. Get there early if you don't want to wait a long time for a table. Menu is full of Korean and Japanese. Had the Sushi, Sashimi and a Korean short rib specialty. All good. Service was excellent. Would definitely return. Judging from the crowd around the door waiting to get in we were not alone in thinking this is a pretty good place.

Service is personalized -- they know my side dish preferences when I show up to pick up an order. The word is out though, and when the Upper Valley descends, the waiting time can be very long for the 10-12 tables. So, stop writing all these great reviews and keep it a secret!
