Great Vegan Sub

When I ask for a vegan veggie sub, I usually receive a soggy sub roll overaladen with dark, greasy onions and a few peppers and pieces of mushroom.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the veggie sub; it was a delicate blend of broccoli, peppers, onions grilled just to perfection with no grease! The bread was very delicious, just the right texture and lightly toasted! I'd go here again!
