Cooke's Seafood is a good restaurant but there are some downsides. If you go there for dinner, sometimes it's hard to find a table, which is bad because you order before you enter the dining room. Also the food sometimes has an overwhelming fried taste. The servers barely speak English and there are no free drink refills. I'd probably go back again, but I'd recomend going to Seafood Sam's in Falmouth instead.
