One of the top pizza places in the state, hands down! Santarpio's and the original Regina's in the North End are the 2 best pizza places in Massachusett's. It is a friendly enviornment at Santarpio's and the pizza will keep you coming back. Also try their "Combo plate" which has a delicious italian sausage and lamb tips with a couple of cherry peppers, Delicious!!!!

There is nothing that beats this crusty delicious pizza.... NOTHING! The lamb skewers are absolutely to die for. The only thing that ruins the trip for me every single time I go, Is the directions from Worcester! When is this construction going to be finished!!!

Visited from San Francisco, stayed at the Embassy Suites down the street. Ate at several Hot Spots on the North End, but the best food was the Pizza from Santarpios. WOW! The best Pizza I have ever had. The bar has real character, and I also loved hanging out in the kitchen waiting for the pick up orders.

I finally went here 3 years ago, just before i moved out of boston, and its one of the places i miss most. The pizza is amazing. My dad has been going since the 70s and its not hard to see why. Very simple menu but excellent quality and great very LOCAL feel.

Definitely looks like a dump from the outside in. Worth the drive in, fairly priced, great onion pizza. Don't listen to any bad reviews about this place! Much better than the places you'll find in the North End. (And much cheaper too!) There's nothing cardboard about the pizza's taste. Everything is fresh and promptly served. A must see!
