I used to eat here every couple of months. The maitre'd acts distant and snooty and as others already commented, the waitstaff is spotty. You don't get a welcoming feeling. The locations is post industrial; not all that nice. That said, the food was pretty good generally.
I deign returning because of the general unfriendliness of the place.

You get that old Italian feel with the people here. If you know someone, or they know you, you are treated like royalty. If not, well, there's your unhappy reviews.

The food is often stellar. Try the roasted beet salad!

I read the other review that said worth the ride. I don't agree. I was not at all pleased with my whole experience and not impressed with the inexperienced staff at all. I would recommend Wendy's before this restaurant.
