I'd give it six stars if I could. My favorite restaurant in Boston. Incredible food, authentic, spicy. People come from New Hampshire to this gem of a restaurant. The owners are wonderful people too.

my chinese boss took us there for lunch a couple of weeks back, OMG this is just the best chinese food, it is fresh and flavorful. Its perfectly spicy will leave you sweating. Its packed between 11:30-1pm i think next time we will go after 1pm. The wait staff was great
Once you eat at Sichuan Gourmet, you will never DARE to have Chinese food at the mall.

I highly recomend this restaurant. They offer a lot of standard Sichuan dishes but also offer some very unique dishes. Everything tastes great and very fresh. Prices are very good for the big portions they serve. You'll definitely leave with a doggy bag. I had no idea looking at the outside that it would be so good. Glad we gave it a try! I think it's our new favorite Chinese in the whole area.

You know that you've entered an authentic Chinese restaurant when most of the patrons eating there are Chinese. Great food, huge portions, reasonable prices...I can't say enough good things. If you really really like spicy food, try the F01 fish dish!

i don't stay in the NE area anymore...but i just loved this place ....try J2 from the menu....ie smoked shreeded chicken .....just awesome.

its spicy but ....if you go to this place ...u did fall in love for sure.....

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Great quality and price. I particularly love the cold Sichuan dishes.

Some very interesting flavors: one of three places in the Boston area where the food is similar to what I ate when in China.

If you are tired of eating sweet chinese food, try this one out for a change. The food is spicy and if you like spicy food, you will be in heaven. They have other non-spicy choices too, but if you are going for Sichuan, try their spicy food, thats what Sichuan food is famous for anyways.
