Recently went in and were quite dissatisfied. First of all, we had a wait while people walking in the door were seated ahead of us. This irritates me beyond reason. There were three tables open and still, we waited. Unacceptable!!! Our waitress came right over once we were seated and took our drink order - good. But, we ordered iced tea ...

The food is tasty enough for a chain, but the Andover location is so cramped that the service has been compromised every time I've visited. I'd recommend the short drive to the North Andover location instead, it's easily got three times the capacity and the service is much better as a result.

I am a regular patron and Bertucci's is as good as family dining gets.
