The bottom bunkbed is a single bed, not a double as shown on website. There is no complimentary shuttle as advertised. Very disappointing.

not worth the money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/09
This place is over priced. You have to pay for the kids shows at $3 each for 20 mins. The room service is ok but the food is horrible. Also, the are almost 3 miles from Disneyland and the ART is unreliable and does not run every 20 mins., as the front desk will tell you. The bedding is not as comfortable as they describe, and if you have to use the sofabed I hope you have a good back doctor.

Stayed once and plan to again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/27/08
Stayed at the Garden Grove location in late 2006 and plan to again in May/08 - found staff to be very helpful and accomodating, the buffet was filling and nutritious and the room was plenty big enough for two adult women to share. Liked that the hotel was a short distance from Disneyland - shuttles were convenient and inexpensive. Would ...

Big Room, Big Breakfast
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/16/08
We booked this hotel at last minute; it was the only available one in the area at the time. We had no clue what to expect, it was a little far from Disneyland and a little pricey. Then we got there and it was well worth the price. The room was big with full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, and microwave), four person table, living room with pull ...
We all love this hotel & in 5 stays fron 3-7 nights, we have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly & attentive to your requests. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Breakfast is great; especially for large families, ours is 5 and the kids love the make your own waffles. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Also, there is free internet & no fee to park.
Nice little place close to Disney for the family. Breakfast is included which is nice. The Residence Happy Hour was dissappointing, but everyone is there for Disney anyway, it doesn't matter that much.
Free internet connection from the land line, helped Dad stay up to date with the office.
Nice Place.

BROKEN ELEVATORS FOR THREE DAYS AND MORE!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/30/06
WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL BEFORE AND HAD A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE, THAT WAS IN NOV 2004. WHEN WE DECIDED TO GO TO DISNEYLAND AGAIN, I BOOKED THE RESERVATIONS WELL IN ADVANCE....I ASKED FOR THE SAME ROOM. I WAS TOLD BY JOCCELYN, RESERVATION CLERK THAT SHE WOULD BLOCK IT BUT CALL BACK ONCE A WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL. I DID AS SHE SAID, SPOKE TO KATHY ( ...

Ahh... are we at a Marriott?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/06
We made a trip to Disneyland. We Love many of the other Marriott Residence Inns and have made a point to stay at quite a few. We have a large family and the kitchens are perfect for us as well as the breakfasts they offer. This location offers a shuttle stop right out front (provided by the city) children are free and adults are $3.00. Fantastic!! ...
Very disappointed this is considered a Residence Inn. Service, breakfast, host hour and convenience are not adequate for this Residence Inn and their guests. It's like it is ran by a very conservative family. Rooms are cramped and location is not convenient for business travelers.
This hotel was absolutely fabulous for a family stay. We had a 2 bdrm kids' suite which had a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast bar for free and each room had a full kitchen. Wonderful experience.
