After experiencing the poor standards of cleanliness and service throughout europe it was a relief to find a five star hotel that actually earned that rating. It is away from the city which is a treat. They were more than happy to fulfill our requests. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and I am very dificult to please. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cut Bellagio out of our trip to stay another 3 days.
