Best Indian restaurant in the Pioneer Valley. Excellent food, Pintu is always there to answer any questions, staff are very nice and friendly, clean, plenty of parking. My favorite was Chicken Tikka Masala with a Nun. I have hooked many of my friends with this items. Now they go and order the same thing. Also, try the fist item in the ...

THE tastiest Indian food I've ever had! I've both sat in the dining room and picked up for home dining.
Pick up: The only reason I would recommend picking it up is so you can blow your nose as often as you need to when things get too spicy! Though I've learned my lesson and thanks to Pintu having different levels, I don't ...

Pintu's restaurant is the best Indian restaurant I've been to outside of India so far. For those who like spicy (not necessarily only hot) food Pintus is the place to go to. For those ready for a little surprise dinner, instead of ordering from the menu try telling Pintu, the owner, about you preferrences and let him decide on your courses (only works with the owner!).
A great place to be once a week!

Customer service is horrible. We were denied further order of food saying they are too busy! Also every order takes at least 40 mnts to arrive at your table. Tis would be last place i'll suggest to someone. Only good thing is they keep pouring your glass with ............... water.

Great Food, Terrible Management
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/10/07
By all standards this is the best Indian food I have ever found. You cannot compare the quality with anything around. The sauces are fantastic, the meats are always tender and fresh, even the beer and wine selection is untouchable. There are also a ton of vegetarian options, most of which can be prepared vegan, which is hard to find. I personally ...

Food is good - but avoid at lunchtime
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/07
I live nearby, so I have had occasion to dine there often. I agree with the reviewer from May 06. The food is good, but you cannot order from the menu at lunch (only the buffet, which is so-so). Also, while Pintu may be charismatic to the clientele, I have seen him belittling his staff. He has a high turnover.

to bad
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/20/06
The food is good, too bad Pintu doesn't like you to order from the menu during lunch. The waiter was wonderful but treated poorly by Pintu. His arrogance has made it uncomfortable to eat there.
