Directions
From McCormick, Take US Route 378 east for 9.9 miles. Turn right onto Route S 19/423 (Gilcrest Road) and drive 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Route S 19/295 and drive 1.2 miles to entrance on right.
Location Information
The camp offers a rustic setting ideal for hunting. The surrounding forest environment sustains abundant wildlife populations, resulting in some of the most desirable hunting areas in the upstate. Deer, turkey, and quail are managed as well as non-game species. Several check stations and supply stores are in the vicinity.

Site amenities include, central water source, and pit toilets.

Nearby points of interest include Edgefield (home of 10 governors.), Beaverdam Rifle Range, Lick Fork Lake Recreation Area, Strom Thurmond Reservoir, and Hamilton Branch State Park.
