Directions
From Cody, Travel 42 miles west on US Highway 14,1 6, 20. Trailhead is not signed, but there is a large parking area off to the south side of the highway.
Location Information
TRAILHEAD LOCATION: Forty two miles west of Cody on US Hwy. 14, 16, 20. Trailhead is not signed, but there is a large parking area off to the south side of the highway.

GENERAL INFORMATION: This trail crosses the North Fork of the Shoeshine River and Fishhawk Creek before climbing up a steep grade. Slightly after 1 mile the trail enters the Washaki Wilderness as it travels along the top of a hillside. The trail traverses rocky slopes, winding up and down, as it crosses Fishhawk Creek eight times in two miles. Fishhawk Creek trial crosses Fishhawk Meadows and continues steeply into the Teton National Forest.
