Directions
From Pinedale, Go south on Hwy. 191 to Hwy. 353. Follow east to Big Sandy Road. Follow Big Sandy Road to the campground. It is a total of 60 miles from Pinedale.
Location Information
LOCATION: 60 miles southeast of Pinedale on Big Sandy River. The last 20 miles are rough dirt road. Slow speeds are necessary and the driving time from Pinedale is approximately two hours.

ATTRACTIONS: Big Sandy Trailhead and a commercial resort are located nearby.

NATURAL SETTING: This campground borders the Big Piney River and is surrounded by large pines. The outlying hills are distinguished by rock cliffs. Views from most sites are of the river and forested hills.

FACILITIES: Picnic tables, toilets, some trailer pull-throughs, tent pads. Drinking water and refuse containers are not available at this campground. Please pack out what you pack in. Be advised that parking is limited, especially during July and August. During winter months, the trailhead is inaccessible due to snow.
