Location Information
Nevada Beach is a National Forest campground operated by a private concessionaire, California Land Management. The campground is located on the east shore of the lake, two miles north of Stateline. Nevada Beach is on the National Recreation Reservation System, therefore campsites are reserveable. If you bring the family pet along, please keep it on a leash at all times. No dogs are permitted on the beach at anytime.Facilities: There are 54 camping spaces at Nevada Beach Campground. There are 54 camping spaces at Nevada Beach Campground. Each campsite can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and 2 vehicles. Nevada Beach was designed for tent camping and RV's up to 45 feet. Nevada Beach does not have RV dumping facilities. There are dumping stations located nearby. There are flush toilets and piped water in the campground; however, there are no hookups and no showers. Grocery
stores, gas stations, and laundromats are available nearby.
California Land Management also manages the beach area and rents the Pavilion for day use. The Pavilion is a group picnic site that contains a large barbecue pit that will hold about 50 steaks. Groups are limited to no more than a hundred people. A fee is charged.
