From Flamingo, FL, Rowdy Bend Trail is located three miles north of Flamingo along Main Park Road. Signage is good.
Location Information
The Rowdy Bend Trail is 2.6-mile one-way hiking and biking path. The trail is located about three miles north of Flamingo along Main Park Road. It terminates at Snake Bight Trail, which leads up to Main Park Road, north of Rowdy Bend Trailhead, or down to Florida Bay. The Rowdy Bend Trail is actually an old roadbed through a thick buttonwood forest. It offers sights of open coastal salt prairie rich in bird and animal life.
