Directions
From Eureka, FL, Travel east along County Route 316 about 5 miles. Turn left (north) onto Forest Route 88. Grassy Pond is about a mile north on the right.
Location Information
Grassy Pond Recreation Area offers a mere 6 sites costing $5 per night. A small picnic area is also offered. The area is located just northwest of Lake Kerr which is a shallow, high vegetation lake popular with power boats, personal watercraft and water-skiers.

A nice feature about this recreation area is that it provides access to the Florida National Scenic Trail, which stretches throughout Ocala National Forest for 66 miles. Parking fee is $4.
