Location Information
The Clearwater River Trail meanders along the Clearwater River, with it's clear blue pools, dancing riffles and small waterfalls. A dense canopy of old growth Douglas-fir and cedar, as well as dogwood, rhododendron, alder covers the trail. The lush vegetation is especially pretty in May when the dogwood blooms and in mid to late June when the rhododendron is in bloom. Another unnamed trail runs parallel to the Clearwater River Trail, but there is no view of the river.

This trail is ideal for mountain biking, however it is closed to motorized use due to possible resource damage from rutting next to the stream and public opinion.
