Directions
From Roseburg, Travel east on Highway 138 33 miles past the Umpqua Ranger Station to Forest Service Road 4750. Turn right on 4750 and follow it about five miles to 4750-800. Take 4750-800 one mile to Forest Service Road 4750-850 and then to the rock pit and the Deception Trailhead.
Location Information
Deception Trail follows a ridge to the Twin Lakes Dispersed Recreation Area, passing through meadows and open timber much of the way. There are many wildflowers along the trail during spring and early summer.
