From Tiller, Travel northeast on County Road #46, which becomes South Umpqua Road #28. Continue on 28 to Road #2823. Follow Road #2823 to Road #2830. Follow Road #2830 to Road #2840. Follow Road #2840 past Fish Lake Trailhead to Road #2840-400 and the Beaver Swamp Trailhead, approximately 32 miles from Tiller.
Location Information
Beaver Swamp Trail is the shortest route to Fish Lake. The trail travels through a variety of timber with limited views. The trail also passes through an area that was burned by a 1987 lightning fire. Elevation changes from 4100 feet at the trailhead to 3440 feet at the junction with Fish Lake Trail #1470.
