From Walla Walla, Washington, Follow county Mill Creek Road to Forest Service Road #65 junction. Turn right and cross the bridge, go past Forest Service Road #6511 junction and turn left onto Forest Service Road #6500-015 or turn right onto Forest Service Road #6512. Continue one mile to trailhead at the junction of the 020 Road. Stock users are encouraged to park trailers and large vehicles at Road #6500-015 Trailhead.
Location Information
The trail provides access to hunting, fishing and camping areas, as well as designated old-growth timber areas in the Walla Walla River drainage. It is open to hiker, horseback, mountain bike and motorcycle traffic. A primitive road is located near the end of the trail which leads to private land with locked gates. Public access is not maintained, Users can expect moderate motorcycle use on weekends during the summer season and heavy horse traffic during hunting season in the fall.
