From Cave Junction, Follow State Hwy. #46 east, across the forest boundary, to Forest Service Road #4612. Take 4612 south to Forest Road #098. Follow 098 east to the trailhead.
Location Information
The Sucker Creek Trail passes through timber and old mining areas. Points of interest include high mountain meadows with lots of wild flowers and Sucker Creek Shelter, a three-sided shake shelter that makes a good campsite. This trail can also be accessed from Trail #1237A at the end of
Sucker Creek Road.
