Directions
From Cave Junction, Follow State Hwy. #46 east, across the forest boundary, to Forest Service Road #4612. Take 4612 south to Forest Road #098. Follow 098 east to the trailhead for Sucker Creek Trail # 1237, which is where Fehley gulch Trail begins. The Trail ends at Boundary Trail #1207.
Location Information
Fehley Gulch Trail is a good access trail from Sucker Creek to Tannen Lakes. It is fairly steep trail as it climbs 1300' from Sucker Creek up to Tannen Lakes Trail #1243. The trail parallels Fehley Gulch, a small mountain stream flowing through an old growth Douglas-fir timber stand. The trail is within the Red Buttes Wilderness Area, begins at Sucker Creek Trail #1237 and ends at Boundary Trail #1207.
