Location Information
The East Fork Illinois River trail is a heavily wooded trail with beautiful scenery. The trail enters the Siskiyou Wilderness at the fourth river crossing. This river offers some fair fishing opportunities and some beautiful swimming holes for the very hardy. This is a long trail and its four river crossings require wading in swift, cold water that is about 1.5 feet deep.
