From O'Brien, Travel south on Forest Road 4402 across the forest boundary to Forest Road 112. Take 112 north to the trailhead.
Location Information
Baldface Trail offers a good view of the Kalmiopsis Wilderness and an old mining area. The roaded portion is steep and rocky, and the crossing on Baldface Creek is not suitable for horses (no suitable way around). Baldface Creek offers some fly fishing opportunities for small resident trout.
